Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Officer experience in a retail mall is highly preferred.
• Able to work 6 days a week, retail hours, and shift work.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist in the execution of shopping mall’s promotion and redemption programmes.
• Handle all customers’ enquiries and provide assistance.
• Ensure proper execution of redemption processes during promotional campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the Management Office whenever necessary.
