Job summary

A leading company in the logistics and supply chain sector is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support. This role involves processing orders through the SAP system, preparing shipping documentation, and liaising with clients. Candidates with a diploma and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply, including entry-level candidates as training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • Min 1 year experience in customer service or logistic/supply chain/shipping industry would be an advantage.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player.

Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
  • Using SAP system to key in Sales Order, purchasing order, invoicing
  • Follow up and to monitor delivery of outstanding customers’ orders and provide customer support for shipments
  • Responsible for daily order processing, purchasing, invoicing
  • Prepare Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading/ AWB)
  • To co-ordinate with factory team for production progress and export/import shipment preparation
  • Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
  • Training will be provided

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player
  • Basic computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word etc.
  • Min 1 year experience in customer service or logistic/supply chain/shipping industry would be an advantage.
  • Entry level candidates without experience will be considered to apply as training will be provided.
  • To handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the documents related matter and to liaise with peer base in Taiwan and China
