Core Responsibilities
General Sales Administration and management of one junior staff and a driver.
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person about products, services, or policies.
- Processing orders and transactions, including returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Resolving complaints and troubleshooting issues, often coordinating with other departments to find solutions.
- Providing accurate product/service information to help customers make decisions.
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases with interactions and feedback.
- Generate DO and Invoices
- Manage delivery via third party warehouse
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and patience under pressure
- Computer proficiency, including Iscala and SAP systems and multitasking across applications
- Empathy and professionalism, especially when handling difficult situations
Qualifications & Training
- Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
- On-the-job training is common, covering company systems, customer service protocols, and product knowledge
Additional Duties (Depending on Industry)
- Encouraging customers to use digital services or self-help platforms
- Participating in team meetings to improve service delivery
- Supporting sales and marketing efforts by identifying customer needs and trends
