Job description

Core Responsibilities

General Sales Administration and management of one junior staff and a driver.

  • Responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person about products, services, or policies.
  • Processing orders and transactions, including returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • Resolving complaints and troubleshooting issues, often coordinating with other departments to find solutions.
  • Providing accurate product/service information to help customers make decisions.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating databases with interactions and feedback.
  • Generate DO and Invoices
  • Manage delivery via third party warehouse

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and patience under pressure
  • Computer proficiency, including Iscala and SAP systems and multitasking across applications
  • Empathy and professionalism, especially when handling difficult situations

Qualifications & Training

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
  • On-the-job training is common, covering company systems, customer service protocols, and product knowledge

Additional Duties (Depending on Industry)

  • Encouraging customers to use digital services or self-help platforms
