Job description

Work location: 3 Depot Close

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-level support and customer service.
  2. Deliver quality customer service via phone or email.
  3. Listen actively, probe to clarify and understand customer needs.
  4. Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer concerns.
  5. Resolve all customer complaints expediently, acting as a liaison to expedite requests between customers and multiple production locations.
  6. Process sales orders or changes through effective collaboration with internal departments and communication with customers.
  7. Work closely with Inside Sales team.
