Work location: 3 Depot Close
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support and customer service.
- Deliver quality customer service via phone or email.
- Listen actively, probe to clarify and understand customer needs.
- Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer concerns.
- Resolve all customer complaints expediently, acting as a liaison to expedite requests between customers and multiple production locations.
- Process sales orders or changes through effective collaboration with internal departments and communication with customers.
- Work closely with Inside Sales team.
