Responsibilities
- Attend customer\'s call enquiries
- Respond to customer\'s toner request
- Monitor customer\'s toner usage by system, and plan toner delivery
- Coordinate with logistics for toner delivery
- Send toner quotation to customers upon request
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Attend to technician\’s requests
- Assist with meter reading status page scanning to file if required
- Attend ad-hoc assignments
