Job description

Working Details:
  • Monday-Friday 830-530pm

  • Annual leave 18 days

  • Located at Ang Mo Kio

  • The Customer Service Executive reports to the Senior Retail Operations Manager and is a key member of the Customer Service team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive overall shopping experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage general customer enquiries and feedback via phone, email, and social media (e.g., Facebook).

  • Respond to enquiries and feedback promptly and within the established SOP response time.

  • Prepare and submit monthly reports including customer service updates, service recovery investigations, and summaries of compliments/complaints/case study presentation slides to the General Manager, Senior/Operations Managers, and Assistant/Retail Managers.

  • Actively participate in and help run the Customer Service and Mystery Shopper Committee.

  • Provide support for company events such as BookFest, warehouse sales, and closed-door events.

  • Coordinate with retail outlets on matters related to promotions, events, stock availability, membership, and other operational concerns.

  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Education and Experience
  • GCE O-Level or Diploma in Business or equivalent.

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and retail.

  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
