Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer relationships and sales operations across the APAC region.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely responses and the highest level of service.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Facilitate virtual meetings and in-person visits to strengthen relationships with key accounts.
• Manage the entire order process, including shipping arrangements, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Accurately maintain customer records, pricing updates, and order statuses in SAP.
• Provide additional assistance with various sales and customer service tasks as required.
• Conduct monthly meetings with customers and Key Account Managers to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.
• Ensure seamless operations, prioritizing the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma studies.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP system will be an added advantage.
