Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
  • Using SAP system to key in Sales Order, purchasing order, invoicing
  • Follow up and to monitor delivery of outstanding customers’ orders and provide customer support for shipments
  • Responsible for daily order processing, purchasing, invoicing
  • Prepare Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading/ AWB)
  • To co-ordinate with factory team for production progress and export/import shipment preparation
  • Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
  • Oversee Customer Service team
  • Training will be provided

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N or O level / Diploma in any discipline
  • Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team leader
  • Basic computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word etc.
  • Experience in customer service or logistic/supply chain/shipping industry .
  • To handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the documents related matter and to liaise with peer base in Taiwan and China
  • Manage Customer service team
