Job summary

A leading consultancy in Singapore is looking for Customer Service Executives for both Import and Export roles. Applicants will be the contact points for airfreight, managing shipments, addressing customer concerns, and overseeing documentation. Desired candidates should have at least 2 years' experience in the relevant fields and be proficient in English and MS Excel.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Able to commit weekends when required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage import shipments and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Perform process including Billing and follow up on disputes.
  • Monitor onboard status for export and provide updates.

Job description

  1. Customer Sevice Executive(Import) /Mon-Fri, 9am -5.30pm,; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm /Up $3,500

  • Contact point for Airfreight Import, to manage customers for movement of import shipments.

  • Follow up on urgent shipments & liaise with stakeholder (Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales)

  • Ensure that customers’ expectations are being met and mapped in SOP

  • Regular Business Review with Customers (MBR /QBR)

  • Perform process including Billing and follow up on billing disputes.

  • Good written and communication in English and proficient in MS Excel

  • Experienced in Airfreight Import, and able to commit weekend when required.

2. Customer Sevice Executive (Export) /Mon-Fri, 9am -6.30pm,; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm/Up $3,500

  • Attend calls and provide flight details to customer upon receiving booking within the SLA.

  • Check on Export Documents accordance to compliance and Airfreight rates apply is correctly.

  • Apply export permit and other export custom documents processed on timely manner

  • Monitor onboard status and informed customer on any abnormality.

  • Liaise with departments to address the concern (Ops , Warehouse , Traffic , planning team)

  • Update on new changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement

  • Ensure monthly customer report is submitted.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with proficient in MS Office
