Responsibilities :
Deliver initial support for IT-related concerns.
Provide Level 1 technical assistance.
Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email.
Receive and answer all users IT service request calls and emails .
Support the installation and upkeep of desktop systems.
Provide Live-Chat support.
Requirement:
Minimum Education: Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma
Minimum 0-1+ years End-User Support Experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk.
Customer Service Experience in tech call centerenvironment.
