We’re Hiring: Front Desk Customer Service Officer

Location: Eastpoint Mall, Singapore

Company: Suntown Pte. Ltd.

Job Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts

Salary: $2,800 – $3,800 per month

Eligibility: This position is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, as we aim to strengthen our local team in this early launch phase.

Working Hours (Rotational Basis):

Morning Shift:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekends: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Evening Shift:

Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekends: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a passionate and professional Front Desk Customer Service Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our new tuition centre at Eastpoint Mall.

As the first point of contact for parents and students, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience, responding promptly to enquiries (including email), and supporting our centre’s growth by actively contributing to student sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet walk-in customers and handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person

- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and promotions

- Assist in converting walk-ins and leads into student sign-ups

- Manage student registrations, trial lesson bookings, attendance, and payments

- Handle administrative duties and ensure accurate record-keeping

- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery

- Take ownership of customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

- Proactively support outreach efforts and contribute ideas to improve enrolment

- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field

- Proficient in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents)

- Prior experience in education, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred

- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills

- Emotionally mature, highly service-oriented, and results-driven

- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
