Jobscope:

• Not just patient registration
• Assisting in resolving conflicts
• Attending to customer feedback
• Explaining services to patients
• Attending to patient enquiries
• Providing value-added service, justifying to new customers why their product is worth that value (no sales involved)
• Explaining to patients what kind of treatment they will be receiving before the procedure

Requirement:

• Must have Customer Service Experience
• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
