Our client is seeking a Warehouse - Customer Service Executive to join their team!
About Our Client

Our client is a one-stop marine logistics specialist company.

What you'll be doing?

Import and Export Management: Coordinate import, export, and transfer activities to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Inventory Control: Manage inventory with precision, maintaining accurate records and overseeing transactions to optimize stock levels.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and contribute to department KPIs, taking on additional tasks as needed to support team goals.

Operational Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to facilitate daily operations and ensure efficiency.

Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with other departments and peers, providing assistance when required to maintain overall productivity.

Flexibility: Take on various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Basic Salary $2800 - $3100, Entry level will be $2200 - $2600
