The Role
  • Work closely with cross-functional team on executing the sales.
  • Communicate proactively with customers on execution details such as shipment period, payment etc.
  • Prioritize daily tasks and follow up on problem resolution that ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Interacts with internal/external parties to resolve issues accordingly and respond to the request clearly and concisely within an appropriate time frame.
  • Investigate and resolve regular/ad-hoc requests or complaints.
  • Process SAP sales order management transactions (create, change, cancel) and corresponding reporting tools.
  • Participate in process improvement programs directed by the Team Leader or Supply Chain team.
  • Understand and incorporate GMP+ B3 and Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil’s standards into daily tasks.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in logistics/supply chain management.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be proficient in SAP modules.
