Position: Customer Service Executive (Shipping/Air Freight) - Changi Airfreight

Location: Airport Cargo Road - Bus nearby

Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with airlines, truckers, and vendors on freight bookings and shipments.
• Liaise with customers and overseas agents, providing sales support.
• Issue shipping documentation, billing invoices, BL, Airwaybill.

Requirements:

• Minimum O/N levels or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping/air freight is an advantage.
• Patient, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Willing to work at Changi Airfreight Centre.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
