Position: Customer Service Executive (Shipping/Air Freight) - ALL WELCOME

Location: Airport Cargo Road - Bus nearby

Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3400 + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Transport & Logistics

Main Responsibilities:

1. To coordinate with airlines, truckers, vendors on freight bookings and shipments.
2. Liaise with customers, overseas agents and provide sales support.
3. Issue shipping documentation, billing invoice, BL, Airway bill.

Requirements:

1. Min O/N levels or equivalent.
2. Experience in shipping/air freight an advantage.
3. Patient, able to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
4. On the job training will be provided.
5. Willing to work in Changi Airfreight Centre.
6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
