A leading company in logistics is seeking a motivated candidate for a role in customer outreach for sea freight services. This position involves conducting cold-calling, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with operations to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Conduct cold-calling and email outreach to potential clients to introduce sea freight services
Build and maintain a client pipeline through consistent follow-ups
Understand customer shipping needs and propose suitable solutions
Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Support the sales team with quotations and basic service information
Attend occasional client meetings or calls with senior team members (if required)
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or any relevant fields
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service for freight-forwarding
