Job description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold-calling and email outreach to potential clients to introduce sea freight services

• Build and maintain a client pipeline through consistent follow-ups

• Understand customer shipping needs and propose suitable solutions

• Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

• Maintain and update CRM records accurately

• Support the sales team with quotations and basic service information

• Attend occasional client meetings or calls with senior team members (if required)

Requirements:
