Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9.00am-6.30pm
Salary: $4000-$4500

Customer Service Executive (Proficiency in Japanese)
Responsibilities:
Daily job attendance at the residence site for export / import packing and local moving.
To coordinate and ensure smooth operation of our moving service.
To provide coordination and communication between customer and packers.
To perform pre-moving survey at residence and quotation.
To liaise with office coordinator for shipment after pickup of cargo.
To initiate tally sheet for the daily job in our system.
Any ad hoc duties related to customer service and sale of our service.
Job Requirements:
Min 3 year and above working experience in Customer service
Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2/N3 level (speaking, listening, and writing) is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with Japanese-speaking customers and clients
