Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Rental Operations Associate to manage retail and corporate car rentals, support activation for insured customers, and ensure smooth rental processing.

You will handle quotes, renewals, vehicle activations/returns, and responsive customer support. Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, with Saturdays 9am-1pm and potential WFH or alternate Saturday arrangements. Immediate availability and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence; advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Rental & Customer Operations: Secure retail and corporate rentals, preparing quotes, managing account renewals.
• Fleet & Claims Logistics: Coordinate vehicle activations/returns, maximize fleet utilization, handle incidents promptly.
• Administration & Compliance: Process rental workflows accurately and deliver professional customer support.

Salary range: $2,500.00 to $3,000.00

Working hour: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1.00pm (we are looking into WFH or alternate Saturday)
