A leading wine distributor is seeking a Customer Service representative to manage client communications, process orders, and maintain inventory levels. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution. Our client is a wine distributor and currently they are looking for a Customer Service to join their team.
Job Details:
Salary Range: $2000-$2800 (depends on experience)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
Working Location: Kallang (Central)

Job Responsibilities:
Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Managing office supplies, ordering inventory, and maintaining records.
Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and databases (e.g., inventory, invoices, client details).
Coordinating with internal teams and external clients, vendors, or distributors.
Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
Handling contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and logistics providers.
Acting as a point of contact for customers and resolving queries related to orders, delivery, or products.
Monitoring and managing wine inventory levels.
Coordinating restocking efforts with suppliers and ensuring optimal stock levels.
Conducting regular stock checks and audits to minimize discrepancies.
