Job description

Location: Taiseng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3800+ AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Detail:

  • Manage the entire sales order process, including handling enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, invoicing, returns, and purchase orders.

  • Coordinate with the purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment to customers or vendors.

  • Track and monitor order progress, keeping customers informed on their order status.

  • Ensure timely delivery and provide customers with a complete set of required documents promptly.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all order management procedures comply with company policies and guidelines.

  • Verify invoice vouchers and organize credit notes systematically.

  • Perform general administrative tasks and support other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma / related disciplines or related experience

  • Experienced in handling Import / export documentations

  • Singaporean ONLY
