Location: Taiseng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3800+ AWS + Variable Bonus
Job Detail:
Manage the entire sales order process, including handling enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, invoicing, returns, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with the purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment to customers or vendors.
Track and monitor order progress, keeping customers informed on their order status.
Ensure timely delivery and provide customers with a complete set of required documents promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all order management procedures comply with company policies and guidelines.
Verify invoice vouchers and organize credit notes systematically.
Perform general administrative tasks and support other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Diploma / related disciplines or related experience
Experienced in handling Import / export documentations
