Job description

Our client, an established company in the marine telecommunication industry, is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service; answer customers’ queries via calls, emails etc
• Handle full spectrum of order fulfilment (e.g. PO/ DO)
• Process sales orders, quotes and contracts
• Provide timely updates to customers on inventory and delivery status
• Assist to resolve any issues with customers in a prompt manner
• Generate reports and maintain relevant reports
• Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, order fulfilment or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous with an eye for details
