A leading staffing agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Singapore to manage order processing and customer inquiries for a global chemical manufacturer. The ideal candidate has strong SAP SD module experience and a diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management. *Hybrid 2 days work from home per week - Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
*Minimum 2–3 years' experience in SAP SD module, handling high-volume Order-to-Cash (OTC) transactions — from order entry, delivery, invoicing to payment follow-up.
*Permanent role with one of the world's leading chemical manufacturing company
*On point bonuses of around 2 months
Key Role:
Main point-of-contact for customer enquiries and follow-ups
Liaise with Hub for order escalations and coordinate with Sales
Arrange local delivery, stock transfers between local customers, CMA, and 3PL
Responsibilities:
Handle all sales and customer escalations; coordinate closely with APTC to ensure smooth order processing
Screen customers for compliance with Singapore export laws, US embargo/export controls, and company trade guidelines before shipment
Liaise with government agencies (Singapore Customs, SCDF, CNB, NaCWC, HAS, SPF, EPM-PCD) to ensure full regulatory compliance
Support sales by calling customers for advance stock orders and handling non-chemical POs
Coordinate packing, booking, shipping of goods and samples; perform related SAP transactions
Prepare SOAs, follow up on outstanding payments to minimise AR overdue
Check and verify invoices from logistics partners and freight forwarders; ensure accurate customer billing
Update product lists for Finance to apply for AFTA, AKFTA, AJCEP schemes
Monitor customer order status vs sales forecast and provide regular reports
Provide supporting documents for audits as needed
Participate in stock-take exercises when required
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain roles
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD module and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes; S4 Hana is a plus
Dangerous goods experience preferred but NOT a must
