Job Description

1. Process customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring accuracy in product details and shipping information.
2. Update and manage orders, including remote edging and special order types.
3. Track order status and ensure timely updates until final delivery.
4. Provide professional communication on order status, delivery timelines, and product inquiries.
5. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels.
6. Handle job status updates and dispute resolutions efficiently.

Education / Professional Certification

1. Higher NITEC Level or higher in Opticianry or a related field.
2. Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Excel (e.g., data entry, reporting, and tracking).
3. Professional certification in Opticianry is a must.
