The successful candidate will coordinate with airlines, liaise with customers, and manage logistics tasks. The role requires at least a diploma and some experience in the freight forwarding industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum education in Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Quote and propose air freight solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with airlines on rates and bookings.
• Liaise with customers on export shipment instructions and updates.

· Quote and propose air freight solutions to customers

· Coordinate with airlines on rates and bookings

· Liaise with customers on export shipment instructions and booking updates

· Liaise with vendors eg, DG specialist, fumigation, marine insurance, etc

· Prepare job sheets for Operations to follow up

· Check shipments status / uplift

· Job costing

· Resolve problems when they crop up

Requirements:
