CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE NEEDED/ UP TO $2900/URGENT!

We are hiring under Recruit Express Services headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location:
Boon Lay - West area

Salary:
$2500 to $2900 per month
$100 attendance allowance

Working Hours:
5.5 Days and Alternate Saturday
Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4.30pm
Friday: 7am to 4pm
Alternate Saturday: 7am to 11am

Job Description:

1. Issue and Post Purchase Orders (PO) in system
2. Create and amend Invoices as required
3. Follow-up the Statements of Account (SOA)
4. Use correct item code and pricing when creating the order
5. Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on order processing
6. Answer customer's enquiries
7. Generate Sales Return Order
8. Attend and verify Return Order requests and issue credit note
9. Other ad hoc duties assigned
