As the service ambassador of our company, you will identify and address customers' uncertainties. You will offer solutions and lend a helping hand in alleviating their concerns. Your active listening and reassuring voice will ensure that our policyholders' enquiries are handled in a prompt and professional manner on a daily basis and that our Motor Customer Service remains the preferred way for our customers to reach us.

You will be required to:

  1. Attend to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Motor Customer Service's high level of accessibility.
  2. Empathize with customers and offer clear and relevant advice.
  3. Provide policy recommendations and refer customers to client advisers for more comprehensive explanations.
  4. Perform post-case administration for future reference.

To join us as a Customer Service Officer (Motor Customer Service), you should:

  1. Have obtained a diploma or degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification will be an advantage.
  2. Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre.
  3. Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice, with patience in dealing with complex problems.
  4. Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to answer queries clearly over the phone.
  5. Be result-oriented and enjoy seeing tangible results of your hard work.

Our Motor Customer Service is located within walking distance from Tampines MRT station. You should be able to commit to a 5-day work week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
