Job Description
  • Ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment and logistics management for overseas distributors.
  • Plan and submit demand to the in-house system.
  • Raise Proforma Invoice (PI) based on received allocations.
  • Generate and issue weekly account statements.
  • Liaise with Sales to ensure timely collection of customer payments.
  • Arrange delivery based on different Incoterms, assist in delivery cost controls, and prepare export documents such as BL, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Monitor shipment status from worldwide manufacturing sites, update stakeholders on delivery schedules, and ensure all deliveries are smoothly executed.
  • Prepare and process shipments for Letters of Credit (LC), arrange export documents, ensure data accuracy, and present LC documents on time. Follow transactions until payment is received.
  • Prepare refund/rebate documents regularly, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Liaise actively with customers and the Sales team to provide logistics and order support.
  • Fulfill customer requests and inquiries promptly.
  • Proactively follow up and provide extended support to internal and external teams.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Higher/Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
