Job description

Executive, Learning Support
Department: Service Quality

Permanent position
Working day: Monday to Friday (8.30AM to 5.30PM)
Working location: Jalan Papan (near Jurong East)
Salary range: $2.5k to $3.2k

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely fulfillment of front-end desk-bound technical training course administration functions, including managing technical enquiries and online registration gateway.

Course Administration

  1. Promptly respond and follow-up on technical training enquiries.
  2. Effectively manage front-end course administration functions in a timely manner.
  3. Attend to customer enquiries and respond to inbound/outbound emails.
  4. Effectively manage online registration gateway.
  5. Manage and monitor ad-hoc and urgent training requests.
  6. Timely generate relevant reports on a regular basis to support training performance management.
  7. Periodically update marketing collaterals.
  8. Support Technical Support Training Unit on course delivery matters.

Industry Outreach and Marketing

  1. Assist in the design, development, and coordination of production of brochures, flyers, catalogs, and web-based marketing, publicity, and promotional materials.
  2. Assist in seminars, events, activities, and industry programs.

Suppliers Management

  1. Source, negotiate, monitor and provide feedback on the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and service standards.

Job Requirements include but are not limited to:

  1. Fresh Nitec or Diploma Level holder are welcome to apply; full training will be provided to adapt in the Training and Adult Education sector.
  2. Ability to effectively manage time and schedules under tight deadlines and pressure.
  3. Strong adaptability skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.
  4. Strong communication skills with good customer service aptitude.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
  6. Must be willing to consider a flexible work schedule, including occasional weekday evenings and Sundays on a rotational basis, with generous perks provided.
