Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:

• Daily job attendance at the residence site for export / import packing and local moving.

• Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of our moving service.

• Provide coordination and communication between customer and packers.

• Perform pre-moving survey at residence and quotation.

• Liaise with office coordinator for shipment after pickup of cargo.

• Initiate tally sheet for the daily job in system.

• Any ad hoc duties related to customer service and sale of our service.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years and above working experience in Customer service.

• Proficiency in Japanese (speaking, listening, and writing) is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with Japanese-speaking customers and clients.
