A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inquiries related to import and export shipments. The successful candidate will arrange bookings, monitor shipment statuses, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth processing. Applicants should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. A basic salary of up to $3500 and additional benefits are offered.

Job Scope:
Handle customer enquiries for import and export shipments
Arrange shipment bookings with carriers, airlines, and vendors
Coordinate shipments with internal teams and external partners
Monitor shipment status and update customers on delays or changes
Follow up on urgent or time-sensitive shipments
Work with Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales teams
Keep customers informed on delivery schedules and status
Coordinate with customs and operations teams for smooth delivery
Manage and file shipping documents; update system records
Handle billing and assist customers with any billing issues
Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Job Requirements:
Relevant 1–2 years of experience in import/export customer service or freight forwarding
Good communication skills to handle customer and vendor coordination
Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills
Multitask and handle urgent shipments in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
