Work Schedule:

5 days of work weekly

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and online orders via phone, website, WhatsApp and email

  • Respond to customer enquiries independently and professionally

  • Manage complaints and feedback via calls or message

  • Respond to customer queries on social media and assist with purchases

  • Monitor and reply to customer reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification

  • Good spoken and written English

  • Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • Meticulous, organised, and proactive

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
