- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 - $3,500 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipment schedules, bookings, and document preparation required for international shipping (air, sea, and road transport).
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking shipments, processing orders, and providing quotes.
- Monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination, proactively communicating any delays and managing client expectations.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to enhance their logistics experience.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare quotation on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, must be in Freight Forwarding, shipping and/or Logistics.
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
- Self-motivated with multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially excel.
