Job description

Job Detail:

  • Basic Salary Up to $3500

  • Working Day: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm & Alternate Sat 9amto12pm

  • Location: Tuas (Transport Provided from Jurong East Bus Interchange)

  • AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Increment

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth communication with customers via email and phone.

  • Monitor shipments, ensure timely delivery, process billing invoices, and maintain key performance indicators for all operations.

  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

  • Develop, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), promote workplace safety, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, address quality issues promptly, and perform additional tasks as assigned.
