Job Detail:
Basic Salary Up to $3500
Working Day: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm & Alternate Sat 9amto12pm
Location: Tuas (Transport Provided from Jurong East Bus Interchange)
AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Increment
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth communication with customers via email and phone.
Monitor shipments, ensure timely delivery, process billing invoices, and maintain key performance indicators for all operations.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
Develop, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), promote workplace safety, and foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, address quality issues promptly, and perform additional tasks as assigned.
