A leading company in the education sector is seeking an operations assistant to support the management of its center. The role involves assisting with scheduling, administration, enrolments, and enhancing the learning environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service and a passion for maintaining student welfare.
Working Hours: 4 Days, (Tuesday to Friday) sometimes need to work 1 days Sat OR Sun one or twice a month
Weekdays - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Weekends - 8:45 AM to 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the center and center management
Assist in the day-to-day administration of the center (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)
Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)
Assist in scheduling classes to ensure optimal use of resources (classrooms, materials, etc.)
Ensure the safety and well-being of students
Establishing excellent rapport with students and customers
Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
Customer Service experience
