Job summary

A manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Executive who will ensure timely order processing and product delivery. The role involves liaising with vendors, managing warehouse inventory, and coordinating export shipments. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in order fulfillment and knowledge of Letter of Credit is highly advantageous. Salary package includes up to $3500 basic plus allowances.

Qualifications

Job description

Adecco is partnering with a manufacturer renowned in the sanitary ware industry and we are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to join the team, to ensure on time order processing and product delivery to customers by resolving issues surrounding shipping and logistics.

  • Location: East region
  • Working hours: office hours
  • Salary Package: up to $3500 basic + Transport Allowance + VB

The Job

  • Ensure timely Execution of Orders Management via SAP, including timely and accurate order processing, placing orders to vendors.
  • Liaise with Vendors, Sales Department (For Payment & Shipping Requisition) to ensure on time shipment arrangement.
  • Liaise with 3PL Warehouse for Storage and matching inventory for any discrepancy with the SAP system.
  • Control and Monitor of Warehouses and stock movement of Material including proper storage of Products
  • Issuance of Shipping instruction on time before dateline to ensure on time delivery.
  • Arrange export shipments, and shipping documentations arrangement (including packing list, certificate of origins, Material list etc).
  • Checking and ensuring Customer's Letter of Credit conditions is acceptable and can be arranged,
  • Register the information into SAP system & L/C Google Form, and provide information to Sales Department
  • Ensure on time submission of Original Shipping Documents to bank for LC's negotiation/courier document to the customer/provide E-document to the customer.

The Talent

  • At least 3 years of experience in order fulfillment
  • Knowledge in LC will be highly advantageous
