You will be working in an optometry clinical setting.

  • We are looking for pleasant and welcoming individuals to assist in front desk customer service and daily operation
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Managing patient data entry, filling and documentation
  • Managing booking of appointment, answering phone calls, handling purchases and operation of POS system
  • Stock counting
  • Provide patients with the appropriate product information
  • Provide friendly services and build rapports with patients
  • You will be required to understand the various type of product knowledge (contact lenses and spectacle lens)

Monday to Friday 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Saturday 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM

5 Day (Off Day on Week Day) or 6 Day Work (Monday to Saturday)
