Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Executive is responsible for formulating resolutions and responding in a timely and accurate manner while providing excellent customer service to callers.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Post-secondary Certificate with 1 year of experience in customer service or contact centre operations will be an advantage.
Good communication, telephone, interpersonal, and customer relations/service skills.
Proficient in written and conversational English. Mother Tongue will be advantageous to support non-English speaking callers.
Must possess basic computer literacy and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment due to a high volume of inquiries.
Must be able to work a 5-day work week (including weekends & public holidays) on a 3-rotating shift (shift allowance being provided accordingly).
