Customer Service Executive
Summary:
Salary: Up to $3,500.00, depends on experience.
Alternate Saturday: 08:30 to 17:00 (Mon to Fri), 09:00 to 12:00 (Alternate Sat) (planning to change to 5-day work week, still pending confirmation)
Location: Boon Lay
Company transport pick-up at Jurong East MRT station.

Job Scope:
Supervise and lead a team of customer service staff to fulfill customers’ orders.
Liaise with customers via email and telephone for documentation, administration, and issue resolution.
Monitor and ensure shipments are cleared and delivered as scheduled.
Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for all activities.
Process billing invoices promptly.
Extract and analyze data for reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Promote physical and mental well-being in the workplace.
Ensure safety in the section and communicate safety information to the team.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
