Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support sales operations, order processing, logistics coordination, and service billing. Candidates must have prior SAP experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales quotations based on customer or sales team requests.

  • Manage order entry and follow up with customers on delivery schedules, including system project orders and PO placement with suppliers.

  • Coordinate shipment releases and liaise with freight forwarders for timely pickups.

  • Support the Field Service team with service orders and billing processes.

  • Update and monitor equipment parts lead times and incoming shipments, including for system projects.

  • Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders, aligning with requested or scheduled delivery dates (DTP).

  • Maintain high accuracy in order creation, ensuring correct incoterms, payment terms, and MTS/MTO classification.

  • Perform material part number extensions accurately.

  • Generate and send invoices to customers within 2 days of delivery, considering incoterm requirements (e.g., DAP).

  • Act as liaison between customers and the quality team for any quality-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
