Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to customers who have enrolled via marketing promotions to book and manage their appointments
  • Reschedule appointments when necessary and ensure all schedules are up-to-date
  • Monitor and follow up on appointment attendance to help the team achieve KPIs
  • Manage cold calls to engage potential customers and introduce promotions
  • Handle customer service touchpoints, including:
  • - Replying to Reviews
  • - Responding to enquiries on social media platforms
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team and report directly to the Business Development Manager

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in customer service or related roles
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and a positive team player
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and follow through on responsibilities with professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive tools
