Job summary

BOMUL FOOD (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is offering a part-time role in Singapore, with opportunities to participate in workshops, learn decision-making processes, and assist daily operations across departments.

You will contribute to developing business strategies to reach organizational goals, identify improvement areas, and help plan actions to enter new markets while completing tasks on time and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Participating in all training and skill development workshops and seminars
• Working closely with managers and supervisors to understand and learn about the decision-making processes
• Assisting in the management of daily operations within various departments
• Learning to develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Identifying potential issues and areas of improvement in the organization
• Contributing to the development of action plans to enter new markets
• Completing all assigned tasks and projects within the specified timeline
• Developing a good understanding of company policies, rules, and regulations
• Assisting in budget planning and managing resources effectively
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members
