We are an E-commerce logistics company based in Toh Guan Road East, Jurong looking to hire full-time Customer Service Executives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sellers/partners/internal staff with friendly and professional communication during call transactions and email enquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to partner's request of assistance.
- Advise clear and accurate information based on sellers/partners/internal staff enquiries.
- Handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet sellers/partner/internal staff expectations.
- Follow up on cases proactively and attentively.
- Able to settle escalated cases within the specified limit in accordance to the company’s call response policy.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Able to start immediately will be preferred!
- Prior experience in call centers is preferred but if you are willing to learn, quick to learn, and have a positive attitude, we are open to training you!
Remuneration Package:
- Basic salary: $2,050 (During Probation) and $2,350 (After Confirmation)
- Performance Incentive (Variable Allowance): $150 monthly depending on performance appraisal!
- Attendance Incentive (Variable Allowance): $150 monthly for good attendance record! (No lateness or absence)
- Meal Allowance: $10 meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2hrs
- Tenure allowance - Eligible after the 1st/2nd/3rd year of employment ranging from $150-$500/monthly
- Eligible for Overtime
- 12 days annual leave, 14 days medical, Hospitalization, Child Care leave, Paternity Leave, Marriage Leave, Compassionate Leave
Working hours: (5.5 days work week)
- Monday-Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm
- Off Day - Sunday & Public Holiday
