Responsibilities
Engaging with clients regularly to foster and maintain strong customer relationships.
Preparing quotations and proposals
Managing daily customer enquiries, order takings and data entry into in-house system
Ensuring company announcements, products, services, rates, policies and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
Working closely with operations to ensure timely completion of services.
Travelling as and when required for overseas business trips and events.
Performing other tasks related to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies
Proficient in spoken and written English
Service focused and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Self-driven,analyticaland able to perform with minimal supervision
Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating in a team
Cheerful and pleasant disposition
Able to travel overseas
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
