Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provides sales and administrative support covering quotations, order processing, tracking and fulfilment, answering telephone call, purchase requisitions etc.

  • Maintains sales and administrative workflow for order processing, quotations, tracking and fulfilment. E-invoicing into respective customers portal within 48 hours after good are delivered and document are all in good order.

  • Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts, setting priorities, resolving problem situations.

  • Co-ordinate import and export of goods with prompt and accurate shipping documentation.

  • Understanding of sales contracts. Handle and provide resolution to customer enquiry or issues.

  • Coordinating interdepartmental materials.

  • Vendor management for cost effective procurement.

Requirements:

  • O level and above

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service role.

  • Computer literate.

  • Good interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
