Roles & Responsibilities:
Provides sales and administrative support covering quotations, order processing, tracking and fulfilment, answering telephone call, purchase requisitions etc.
Maintains sales and administrative workflow for order processing, quotations, tracking and fulfilment. E-invoicing into respective customers portal within 48 hours after good are delivered and document are all in good order.
Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts, setting priorities, resolving problem situations.
Co-ordinate import and export of goods with prompt and accurate shipping documentation.
Understanding of sales contracts. Handle and provide resolution to customer enquiry or issues.
Coordinating interdepartmental materials.
Vendor management for cost effective procurement.
Requirements:
O level and above
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service role.
Computer literate.
Good interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
