Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handles customer’s enquiries and updates customers on order status.
  • Creates receiving documents, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Liaises with departments to ensure timely delivery.

Attend to customers' feedback

Maintains proper filing of documents

Follow up with customers on their material collection status

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

Candidate must minimally possess an O Level or ITE Certificate.

Positive working attitude and ability to work independently.

Meticulous, good communicator with an eye for detail.

2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

5.5 day / alternate Saturday work week
