Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate data entries are made into the customer and warehouse management systems, keeping records up to date.
- Generate basic reports on inventory, orders, and billing as required, and ensure they are completed on time.
- Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
- Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped correctly.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and messages, ensuring that all issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Ensure all documentation, paperwork, and filing related to customer orders, billing, and inventory are accurate and completed on time.
- Generate and review billing invoices and assist with inventory reports.
- Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any order-related issues.
- Assist in coordinating between departments to ensure that customer service objectives are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customer
- Able to work 5.5 days (Saturday work from home)
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility
