A leading company in order management seeks a professional to oversee customer enquiries, process orders, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, relationship-building, and possess strong IT skills, contributing to effective order completion in a fast-paced environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage orders related to enquiries from customers
Process orders received from emails, portals and faxes
Data entry, tracking and record-keeping in sales-related environment
Interface and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment on time
Ensure correct pricing in orders processed
Resolve issues arising from orders processing with internal stakeholders
Build sustainable relationships and gain trust with existing customers through effective and interactive communication
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
5.5 days work week
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum GCE 'N' Level with 2 year of relevant experience
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Meticulous and hard working
Able to work in a very fast pace environment
Good IT skills
A proven track record of performance and delivery
