Job summary

A beauty service provider in Singapore is seeking experienced personnel to handle customer interactions and front desk duties. This role involves greeting customers, assisting with appointments, managing payments, and handling customer inquiries. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in English and Mandarin, and relevant experience in the beauty industry is advantageous. The position requires flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.

We are expanding our business and looking for experienced personnel in beauty industry to join us.

Job responsibilities and requirements include:

  • Meet and greet walk-in customers
  • Assist customers in filling up forms/documents
  • Reach out to customers to schedule appointments and send appointment reminder
  • Front desk duties including receptionist and cashiering
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
  • Handle of monetary receipts and payment.
  • Assist all customers enquires including emails reply.
  • Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation.
  • Cold calling
  • Data entry
  • Manage outlet POS System for all transaction
  • Able to work on weekends & PHs
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be advantageous
  • Accountable for sales, manage customers’ feedback and
  • Provide training to operating staff/beautician.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin, prefer spoken and written.
