Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Sales Quotation to customer and follow up via email.
  • Prepare Sales Order Acknowledgement upon receipt of customer's Purchase Order.
  • Follow up on Back Orders to Delivery and Invoicing process.
  • Schedule of goods delivery to customers.
  • Follow up closely on payments and send weekly payment reminders.

Working Hours:

7:45am - 5:00pm (Monday - Thurs);
7:45am - 4:30pm (Friday)

Location: Tuas West MRT

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA will be an added advantage.
  • Looking for hardworking, meticulous and customer-centric people.
  • Empathetic and understand customer's requirements and lead time.
  • No experience necessary / training will be provided.
